To apply for the startup discount, please visit our contact page and reach out to us directly. Our team will help you out with the application process and provide further guidance on accessing the discount.
To refer other startups, we'll provide you with a unique referral link. You'll earn rewards for each startup that signs up using your link.
If you want to refer an investor or accelerator, please reach out to our Support team directly. They will give you instructions on how to ensure your referral is properly tracked and rewarded.
The $30,000 in credits can be applied towards Pilot's software subscription for your first year - allowing startups like yours to create a super wiki at a discounted rate. Specific details on credit allocation will be provided upon enrollment.
If you're already a Pilot customer or participated in our Early Access program, you may still be eligible for the startup discount. Please contact our Support team to discuss your specific situation and determine how you can take advantage of the discount. We strive to ensure that all eligible startups receive the benefits they deserve.
If you signed up for Pilot before the startup discount offer was launched, you may still be eligible to receive the discount retroactively. Please get in touch with our Support team and provide details of your previous sign-up. We will review your case and make every effort to accommodate you within the terms of the offer.
Misrepresenting eligibility for our startup discount violates our terms of service. We advise against providing false information. If discovered, it may lead to the revocation of discounts and further actions per our terms.
If your organization grows beyond the 10-employee threshold after signing up for our startup pricing, your plan may be subject to review. Please contact our Support team to discuss your situation. We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs.
