To apply for the education discount, please visit our contact page and reach out to us directly. Our team will help you out with the application process and provide further guidance on accessing the discount.
The documents needed to prove accreditation vary by country, jurisdiction, and accrediting body. Common proofs include the Official Accreditation Certificate, License or Charter, and faculty credentials. Our Support team will provide specific guidance on the documents required from you.
To refer other educational institutions, we'll provide you with a unique referral link. You'll earn rewards for each educational institutions that signs up using your link.
If you're already a Pilot customer or participated in our Early Access program, you may still be eligible for the education special pricing. Contact our Support team to discuss your specific situation. We aim to ensure that all eligible educational institutions receive the benefits they deserve.
If you signed up for Pilot before the education special pricing offer was launched, you may still be eligible to receive the special pricing retroactively. Please reach out to our Support team and provide details of your previous sign-up. We will review your case and make every effort to accommodate you within the terms of the offer.
Misrepresenting eligibility for our education pricing violates our terms of service. We advise against providing false information. If discovered, it may lead to the revocation of discounts and further actions per our terms.
If your institution drops below the 100-user threshold after signing up for the education special pricing, your pricing may be subject to review. Please contact our Support team to discuss your situation. We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs.
