To refer other non-profit organizations, we'll provide you with a unique referral link. You'll earn rewards for each non-profit organization that signs up using your link.
If you're already a Pilot customer or participated in our Early Access program, you may still be eligible for our non-profit pricing. Reach out to our Support team to discuss your specific situation. We aim to ensure that all eligible non-profit organizations receive the benefits they deserve.
If you signed up for Pilot before we launched the non-profit pricing offer, you may still be eligible to receive the special pricing retroactively. Please contact our Support team and provide details of your previous sign-up. We'll review your case and make every effort to accommodate you within the terms of the offer.
Misrepresenting eligibility for our non-profit pricing violates our terms of service. We advise against providing false information. If discovered, it may lead to the revocation of discounts and further actions per our terms.
If your organization grows beyond the 10-employee threshold after signing up for our non-profit pricing, your pricing may be subject to review. Please contact our Support team to discuss your situation. We understand that circumstances may change, and we'll work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs.
